Intuitive heat regulation is made possible by coupling the distance between the heat source and the food with the air supply. If high heat is needed, for example for searing, the charcoal grate and thus the heat source are raised. To reduce the heat, the charcoal grate is lowered, automatically restricting the air supply.

Serving Board:

The CONE serving board is always useful when grilling - your cool drink is always at hand and your food waits right next to the grate until it's placed on. The board attaches to the grill with a single movement - and can be removed just as quickly. The exceptionally high surface hardness makes bamboo one of the most durable woods.
