Designer Mike Ruch knows exactly how to push minimalism to its limits. The Gentleman's Table is designed for no more and no less than just a glass of your favorite wine or whiskey, a good book, and a comfortable reading chair – nothing more. And certainly nothing less. Because the LUPO side table has only one leg, the ring-shaped base can be slid under almost any seating furniture. The term "everything within reach" thus takes on a whole new dimension. It can be used as a side table for reading chairs, sofas, couches, living room sets, as a modern bedside table, or as a key tray in the entrance area, and indeed anywhere in the household where storage space is lacking. The black glass of the table tray on the powder-coated tubular frame can be flipped and has both a matte and a high-gloss surface, optically matching the glass and contents as desired.
