WHO IS THE FAIREST IN ALL THE LAND: The unique LOTUS bowl made of highly polished stainless steel is a mirrored cabinet where exotic fruits or nuts and pastries put on a lively show
Nobody masters the art of paper folding with such perfection as the Japanese do. Astonishing shapes, preferably animals and blossoms, made from sometimes several hundred folds, created using the technique known as Origami. Still fascinated by this look, designer Firdos Anwar created the unique LOTUS bowl. The inspiration came from the blossom with its clear, symmetrical form, which has always stood for purity, harmony, and renewal. A mirrored cabinet has been created from highly polished stainless steel, in which exotic fruits or nuts and pastries put on a lively show. In contrast to paper, the unusually thick stainless steel (1.8mm) is much more robust, forgives small bumps, and is also dishwasher-safe.
