FLAME-GRILLED SALMON PLANK - Space is provided for every fish, and the aromatic smell of the fire gives it a special taste. The fish fillet is securely fixed under the stainless steel holder on the solid beech wood plank and can be attached to any höfats fire bowl or fire basket. It fits between the brackets and different angles ensure optimal temperature handling.
