GIZA cotton is particularly soft, supple and durable. It is the best, extra-long staple cotton and accounts for only 0.5% of total Egyptian production, which in turn accounts for only 0.5% of global cotton production!
It is hand-picked at ideal ripeness, unlike conventionally grown cotton, which is harvested in a single, mechanical process. It grows in the very fertile silty land of the eastern Nile Delta.
